This laboratory has explicitly been setup for our work on high-precision radars for industrial applications. To enable dynamic verification measurements with µm accuracy it is equipped with an industrial machine, which has been provided by the company Schnaithmann Maschinenbau GmbH.

  • Accuracy: 1 Micrometer (LMKF-112.4 from AMO GmbH)
  • Position accuracy of the motor: ≈1 µm
  • Velocity: max. 5 m/s (≈18 km/h)
  • Interface: serial
  • Loading capacity: 20 N
