A great IMS at Boston! It was very nice to see many collegues and friends. Warm congragulations to our Master´s student Jonas Igel for receiving the MTT-S undergraduate scholarship and winning the first place in the 22nd Allen Katz High-Efficiency Power Amplifier Student Design Competition! Jonas was able to demonstrate a PAE of 43.3% at 3.32 GHz at an IMD3 level of -30 dBc using 10-W GaN devices! In addition, once again congragulations to Matthias and Selina for their great presentations. Matthias Möck´s paper was recognized as an RFTT breaking late news, and Selina Eckel´s SFB HyPERiON paper was a best student paper finalist!
