Your goal will be to assist with various tasks for several projects in which the antennas and packaging groups are involved in

This includes: 

1. Structuring of substrates using the LPKF Protolaser R4. 

2. PVD sputtering

3. Electroplating and electroless plating. 

4. Wirebonding 

5. CAD drawings for manufacturing in the mechanical workshop

Requirements: 

• Previous CST experience would be a bonus
• Previous coding experience, i.e. Matlab or Python
• Basic knowledge of antennas, packaging
• Previous hardware experience would be beneficial
• Previous experience with CAD drawing tools would be beneficial
